SmugMug Shot
Take a look at this shot on my SmugMug site. The orginal had about 10 wires crossing the tower and the tress. As Michael points out, there is no one fix for something like this. You have to use a combination of the repair tools, the clone tool, and maybe some duplicate layers and masking. Remember that the repair tools (patch, "band-aide", etc.) do not like transitional areas or areas of high contrast. They normally sample the size of your brush plus anywhere from 3-5 pixels around your brush (depending on your sample settings). A good tip is to set your sampler on your tool to look at all layers, create a new layers, and do all your sampling/cloning on that new layer. That way you have more control over your "fixes". I'll agree with Jessica in that we really need to see the picture to be of any more help. Good luck!
