Maybe I'm missing something, but I looked under 5D, XTi, and XT and only saw the 3.2 update for DPP??

You need to select your operating system first.

So is ZoomBrowser 6.1.1a, EOS Utility 2.4, Picture Style Editor 1.3 (don't recall that one).

Well it worked last night :)
Here's a summary of the changes:

The changes to noise control are pretty significant, however it still processes the entire image (very slow), so previewing is still rather painful. All I really want is the ability to rotate/straighten an image. I didn't try it last night, but I assume they didn't add that feature.
