How do you get those fancy signature on your pictures, my CS2 has just the plan looking ones, can someone help?

I do mine in cs2. Maybe I don't get what you mean by "fancy signature" but you should be able to! Look at my blog, is that kinda what you're talking about? Maybe you could point me to what you're wanting to do and I can help you.

If you mean what I think? Like "your" handwritten sig?

You need to scan a copy of your sig. OR have a tablet "wacom" to digitally sign.
You then set this as a "Brush Preset".
Then, to apply to image, open Brush Tool and scroll to "saved" sig. brush (usually at bottom of list (you will also have NAMED this Brush Preset).
Now, check "size" of sig. and adjust with slider in brush tool panel if req.
Now, go to layers panel and "create new layer", take brush and simply click wherever you want the sig. :)
