This is a discussion on is there a raw update for d300 on cs2 within the Post Processing Central forums, part of the Photography Information category; I can only find a update that works on cs3? Let me guess spend the money on a cs3 update ...

No but you can download the latest version of the DNG Convertor, convert your NEF's to DNG, and then open the DNG's in CS2. It's a little extra work, but worth a try if you're not ready to upgrade just yet.
