Ok, trying to get everything organized in LR. I have all my personal pictures under a folder Pics and then have each year 2004, 2005, etc as sub folders. Now when I imported I didnt want to bring everything at once so I imported each year one at a time. Now that I have started adding some metadata and such...I am thinking I should have imported all at once or have everything under one hierarchy for better searching. First of all am I over thinking this, second how do I just add a top level folder. If I go to import it says it will not import a bunch of them since they are already there but I dont want to risk jacking anything up or losing the post work I have already done. |
