I am not anywhere near being a prof. photographer or even a pro-am. I have rarely shot in RAW (don't shoot me!) but decided to this past weekend at a special event. Now I'm home and trying to view the photos on my computer and it won't let me. First it said I needed some exe. from Canon. So I downloaded that. Then it said I needed something from Windows Imaging - so I downloaded that. I am on dial-up, so just imagine how long this has taken me! And aggravatingly enough, I still can't open the files. Oh and I do not have Photoshop so the corrections I can make to the photos are fairly limited anyhow. But ... it's making me crazy because I can't even see the photos at all right now. What do I do??? At first I thought maybe the card was damaged, but the photos at the very end I'd switched back to .jpg and I can see those just fine. |
