Lightroom and the dreaded Blue Screen of Death - 07-02-2008, 07:37 PM

I'm currently using Lightroom v 1.3 and I keep getting the blue screen of death at random times. I am using a Core 2 Duo with 4Gigs of RAM. and running Vista.

Has anyone had this issue??

It's done it on Import, Export, and while using the Develop module...so it's pretty darn random. I never had any crashes when we were running it on our older XP machine...and it should be compatible with Vista. HELP!!

Been running 1.4 with vista and don't have any problems. Have you checked to see if there is a product update for Vista?

I have the 1.4V the only thing mine does everynow and again is the mouse disapears... it activates and highlights the menu options but the pointer just dsapears behind the LR screen minimize the screen and there it is... to fix it the only thing I know to do right now is close and reopen that usually fixes it... but it happens soon after that AGAIN...

Check your application logs to see where the problem is coming from.
