I can't seem to be happy with this pic...what can I do...any ideas? I had applied a vignetting, but I"m not sure that I like it...what are your thoughts?

She is just so precious and sweet! I like the one without vignette better, but that's just me.

So cute. I would just raise the levels, adjust the contrast, and take a tiny bit of the red out.

Just like the others said - upped the mid-levels, a lil more conrtast, and adjusted the red out.

Have to admit that I used the patch tool under her eyes to help the darkness there.

actually - it's such a good baseline photo to start with - there are sooo many options for it...

I tried to keep it as close to the w/o vignette as possible. Got rid of food crum in corner of mouth, used a multiply layer to darken the bottom of her shirt and minimized the dark circles under her eyes. As you can see, there are a lot of interpretations as to what might improve the image. Keep tinkering with it and you'll find something you like.

thanks all for your input... I'll keep playing with. I forgot I could use the patch tool, or even the healing brush to get rid of the dark circles. Those were definitely bothering me.
