Which treatment?

I think I like the 2nd one much better... 1st one could be better with more contrast, maybe.

If you don't mind me asking, what process did you use for the 2nd?

#2 I used a gothic glow action that I have and then did a little dodging because it darkened it a little too much.

Looks like high contrast with a blue filter over the photo, maybe reduced to 50%. Just a hunch.

The structure actually is leaning. It is an old Mining facility in Creede, CO.

I actually prefer one but I agree it could use a bit more contrast and maybe some vignette

I like the second one a little more. The trouble with the first is not overall contrast, but that the tonality of the building almost matches the greens. The color contrast between the greens and browns gets lost, and you could improve the picture alot by bringing out this contrast (and thus the building) before doing the conversion.
