question about frame action - 09-02-2008, 09:07 AM

I am trying to achieve a framing action similar to jasmine stars blog. http://www.jasminestarblog.com/. I know how to do a regular frame that is equal width or equal height. I just can't figure out how to make the bottom part the only part thats bigger. Please help!

In PS, tool bar, Image, canvas size. make it the same size all around and then come back and do it again increasing the size only on the bottom.
