Imaging on the Square - McKinney

Does anyone know what the status is for Imaging on the Square in McKinney? I have used them before with excellent results. This time I am waiting going on 2 weeks for my order, no communication from them, they will not answer phone or respond to email, and their voicemail gives a message but no opportunity for me to leave a message. I'd just like to figure out if I need to go elsewhere. Good news is that credit card was not charged. At least not yet! Last I spoke with them, my order was to have shipped on 8/28. Frustrating.

I have their business card on my desk (at home) and was going to ask on TPF what people thought of their work... maybe I'll wait.

Might not be a bad idea. Can't imagine what happened with them and my order. I know I picked up on them from someone else on the forum and their work is gorgeous (at least the stuff I've gotten). Will post when I hear something back from them. IF I hear something back.

Well,just got confirmation email from Imaging on the Square, as well as UPS, that pictures are being shipped today. Apparently there was an employee problem, leaving Mark to take care of everything himself. Just wanted to let everyone who's interested know that this has been taken care of to my satisfaction.

I was just there on Saturday to drop off a disc and Mark seemed really busy.

But - I just saw the canvas he printed for me (before it was stretched) and it looks wonderful.

I think it may have just been an isolated problem. I have never had a problem and he does AMAZING work!
