I received my download notice last night at 11:15 PM and I am presently downloading!

If you pre-ordered, you should have received your e-mail, or will pretty soon. I ordered 9/26.

I have to wait until my education copy comes in, but I guess the price is so low I can wait. $300 for the whole CS4 design premium :)

I pre-ordered the upgrade to CS4 on 9/26 and received my e-mail at 11:15 PM, I think, last night giving me the address that took me to my account at Photoshop Store. This showed "Download" available. I suggest you go to the "My Account" at Adobe.com to see if your's is available.
