I have just gone through processing some pictures from a wedding, and have noticed that due to my processing, some come out more pale, some more green, some more tan, depending on the picture, and the location.

How are you all handling processing to ensure that the bride's face is the same shade from the preparation area, to outside, to the ceremony, and then on to the reception?

Thanks,
Randy

adjust white balance and exp for each shot or batch for similar lighting.

Randy,

I agree with EL. Get it right when the exposure is taken and you won't have much PP work to do. Custom White Balance every setting, and make sure your exposure is dead on.

Ten seconds at exposure will save ten minutes in PP.

If you are forced to adjust this in post, it's easiest to use something like Bridge that allows for batch RAW editing. Open 1 photo, adjust just the exposure/color temp settings and then copy and paste those settings onto all the other photos taken in that set.

Thanks, everyone. I am using PSE6 to convert over from RAW, and I am going to try the simple method of just noting the color/exp settings on a single picture, and then apply them to all the photos from that location (pre-ceremony, ceremony, reception.)

Thanks, again!
