I got 'Photoshop CS4 Power session' DVD by Matt Kloskowski when I got OnOne plug-ins. I already signed up for Kelbytraining and have access to this video online.
If you want to get upto speed on CS4, I can lend this DVD to you. (for free)
PM me if want to go through these tutorials.
This DVD can be played on the computer and it comes with excercise files.
