Is there a way for someone, who is lousy at PS, to remove the ring flash reflection in this or like shots. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm lousy at PS. Maybe I can help:

Trying using the stamp tool (S) or the healing brush (J). Sample off the good areas an go to town.

Guess my statement came out a little wrong. I meant I was lousy at PS so lousy, I hadn't even thought about the healing tool. Thanks.

I played around with it. The best thing I could do was the cloan stamp. Take your time and do it in sections. If you still can't do it send me the original and I'll do it for you.

how about trying the healing brush on your clone stamp area to smooth it out a bit ? I like yours better.

OK. Here is my try at fixing it. Spent about 15 minutes. I might get the hang of PS eventually.

This was just a couple of minutes playing with it - and with the icky touch pad on the laptop. It's not perfect, but it is doable.
