Brad, not sure if you're asking between the two sets, but I like the 1st one in Set one and the 1st one in set #2

I like the second of both sets, though I like the processing in #2 better overall.

I like the contrast in the 1st but not the reddish skin tone.
I like the 1st in the second.

Brad...in the first set, I think the 2nd image has too blue a background.
In the second set, the 2nd image appears to have too much flash reflection in his face?
Although I opt for the 1st in both sets, all are totally acceptable.

Rick - the first set had a blue gel on the background light, so the blue was intentional. brad added 0 Minutes and 43 Seconds later...Double Post Merged Below
Thanks, everyone.. I'm really interested in a variety of opinions here.. and that's what I have so far. :)
So please, keep 'em coming

I like the 1st pic on #1 but maybe with a little less Red. Like the eyes and the pop of the freckles on the skin. You loose a little detail on the white of the dress but overall I like this processing better then the 2nd.
on the 2nd pic set I like the second one better. Seems to bring out a little more detail in the skin and I like the brighter skin tones.
just my 2 cents. | | | |

I like #2 in the first set and #1 in the second set. What I would really like to see is somewhere in the middle on both sets. The skin tones are uneven and a bit reddish in #1 of the first set and dress detail is lost. #2 of the first set appears slightly dark but has even skin tones and good dress detail. In the second set, #1 is maybe a very slight bit too red but #2 appears too yellow for my tastes. You can see that in both his skin tones and the browning of the black leather jacket.

I like #2 in the first set and #1 in the second set. The color looks more realistic to me in #1 of the second photo. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
