Does the yellow cast appear in an exported file?

One more place to check is the Import Settings. However, those settings would also appear in the Develop Module.

I had this problem in the past, it was in my windows color profile settings.

Yeah! For some reason the profile changed and it crews up lightroom. Solution, reload your color profiles.
