Change original time taken of image

Is there a way to change the time in the image information after the fact? I shot with two cameras for an event, and one had daylight savings time, the other didn't. I sorted by the time the image was taken, and now the two cameras are off by an hour and my chronology is screwed up.

I've done it using breeze browser. I would think one of the Adobe product would be able to also.
