Nikon ViewNX labels and worflow

Anyone use Nikon ViewNX to Label and/or rate their images? Have you renamed the labels to fit your own needs (if so to what)? What about keyword input?

I'm just trying to get a feel on what people are doing in their workflow for nature/wildlife photos (or anything else). Since ViewNX is free and I have been using it for a while, I think it's pretty handy for sorting through my pics after download from card.

However now that I am starting to get into photographing nature/wildlife I need to rethink the way I have my pics structured on my computer. I need to oranize them better.

Anyone care to share their file structure for organizing their photos?
