I've used AZ Photo Lab in central houston for a lot of stuff. They have very good quality work.

Que Image on Westpark is very good but not cheap. The owner is nice and they have a good system. You can color-correct your image and sent it to them in their own color profile, so you can get the exact color rendition you want. I have used them 2-3 times for large (40x60) prints with excellent results.
