If you want cheap, fairly decent quality, try Snapfish. I printed up a super cheap calender there a few years back and it was definitely good enough quality for the grandparents, they loved them.

David, I've used Lulu the last 4 years. Don't know if they are cheap but I like the quality in a spiral bound calendar printed on linen paper and in a huge 13"x19" size. The have smaller ones too for less.

Pounds lab in Fort Worth is another option.
