archival varnish for canvas - 07-02-2010, 08:42 AM

Hi,
I finally found the way to print on canvas with my Epson r1800..the canvas is Epson Premium matte. The problem is, I think I need to add a UV archival coating on the canvas after the print; I tried Krylon UV archival varnish, gallery series, matte, but it's leaving a white coating on my canvas...anyone has any suggestions about which coating to use ? Thanks!

I use breathing color timeless and or glamour. I currently spray it on with a hvlp spray gun but I have rolled this stuff in the past. If you need any help shoot me an I'm and I will be glad to answer your questions.

Thanks for your tip...in the meanwhile I found PremierArt Print Shield , it's a spray and it's supposed to work...I am still waiting for it. If it's not working I'll try your option.
