Arrow Thin Wraps by Bay Photo <-- Imaging Expo Favorite! - 01-17-2011, 02:44 PM

I think the coolest print option i saw at Imaging was by BayPhoto.com ... They're called Thin Wraps and the ones I saw were printed on a metallic paper with a satin flat finish as opposed to the shiny/glossy finish youre accustomed to seeing metallic prints done in. you can choose either though.

I definitely plan to get a couple of these printed in order to see how my images look in this style.

They offer a "poofy" thicker mount or a more slimmed down mount which is the one i prefered most.

I really like it, but really hate that BayArea makes their prices public unlike most other professional labs like WHCC, Millers, Forbeyon, etc.

We will probably print a few samples anyway, since customers can order them through Smugmug.

exactly... being tied into smugmug is cool too...

Ive used millers in the past and have been pleased but millers does not offer BOTH versions of the thin wraps. they only offer the thicker "poofy" looking ones.... i dont care for thosetoo much...
