Arrow RadioPopper - Group Buy - Details - 03-26-2008, 01:36 AM

Hey guys! It's Kevin (the radiopopper guy).

I saw the other thread about the group buy and as noted, we've been super crazy swamped coming straight home from Vegas then right into the store opening.

Anyway, I've got the details on the group buy....

*The final pricing has been set at $180 per Transmitter and $180 per Receiver.

*Group buy discount will be 10% for TPF members with no limit on quantity.

Shipping:
Right now we're just about sold through the first batch of units, but we've got more arriving in a few weeks, which may in fact be about the time we get the first batch out. Right now we're waiting for the paperwork to return from the FCC. All tests are passed and everything is 100% in order, we just have to wait for the government to sign some papers.

I think we can work in a TPF group buy into the second batch of units and should be able to fill those orders. Abel will have a set to play with by next week so he'll be able to report back having actually seen, touched, and smelled them.

Rather than making some guy order a bunch and re-distribute the units, I'll just offer a special promo-code for those in on the buy and you all can order up individually. It'll save everyone some grief.

If you'd like to get on the list, please PM me your email address. It's very important I have your EMAIL address so I can plug it into the distro system that will send out the discount code. I'll collect addresses for the next couple days then send out the email with a link to the store and your TPF discount code to all those who reply.

When you PM me, please also PM Mike Fulton and tell him he's a swell guy. Also copy Abel and say "thanks for being cool". Seriously - Mike (he and I are old friends) pointed me to TPF six months ago during development. I had a chance to talk to Abel a couple times and I'm a huge fan of what you all have going here. Awesome forum. You guys are getting a special deal because of these guys and as a way to say thanks.

PM away. Thanks!

Any idea what the multi-channel units will run and when they'll be available?

Since I almost always shoot with multiple shooters, more than one channel will be a necessity.

Thought I'd read that those are still down the road, but that you can trade in your P1's for the multi channel P8's once they're out.
