Lackland AirFest 2008


At 10:30 a.m., members of the Air Force Combat Control Team will open the aerial demonstrations by jumping in with the US flag.

Demonstrations following the opening ceremony include:
* CCT jump demonstration
* Dan Buchanan Hang Glider demonstration
* F-15E, AV-8B, F-16 and F-22 aerial demonstrations
* Tora! Tora! Tora!
* Greg Poe aerobatic demonstration
* Heritage Flight consisting of an F-15E, F-16, F-22 and P-40
* Ed Hamill Air Force Reserve Biplane
* Army Golden Knights jump

The aerial show will conclude both days with the Navy Blue Angels taking to the sky at 3 p.m.

I've been invited to watch from the fire station this year (one good bene from being engaged to a Lackland fireman )

So I'll probably be out there on whichever day he is working.
