Meetup at 4820 Broadway (La Madeline's) at 1030 for pastries and coffee. Park in the rear, not on the side of the place. We will plan on where to go after that. Options are:

Navarro House downtown (closed on Mondays)
Mexican Governor's Palace (No flash, no tripods- High ISO only)
Sunken Gardens/Brackenridge Park
Botanic Gardens
Other

Call either myself or Ken, or just show. I'll have the kids with me so it will be Daddy Day Care.

First time at La Madeline's. I'd definitely stop in there again. The Turkey BLT with pasta salad was one of the better restaurant prepared sandwiches I've had.

Sure hope the hard freeze didn't cause permanent damage to plant life at the Sunken Gardens. Currently a portion of it is under renovation, but the plant life looked pretty dismal today.
