D700 arrived last night - 07-10-2010, 06:19 AM

The UPS delivery arrived last night and I pulled a charged battery from my case and started shooting around the house. I was having fun chasing the puppy around and taking quick shots when I went by Jane sitting at the computer. She started laughing at me so I turned around and snapped this shot. She wouldn't allow me to post this without post processing (something about makeup, hair and silly pose). I put a simple glamor glow on it and she said OK. I love this new camera and my lovely wife too. Of course not in that order (she is going to read this and I don't want the camera going back today).

Congratulatoins, Roy! The D700 is a great camera - now you'll need some new lenses to go with that FX body...

Awesome combination. My 24-70 stays on the D700 about 75% of the time. You will be a happy camper!

Congratulations! Try it with the 50mm f/1.4 and the 105mm VR Micro, you will love it. Next you are going to be wanting the 16mm fisheye lens as well. Then...... Ain't NAS wonderful?
