This is Maggie. She is a Labrador Mix and is very sweet. She needs a home soon before she has to go to heaven. She needs a home where she will be the only pet. She has a history of attacking other animals. We have not witnessed this behavior, though. She has been at our clinic for several days and has not growled or bit anything or anyone. She has been very very sweet and smart.
Maggie was found as a stray on July 4th. She was kept by the family who found her. Recently she started attacking their other pets. They brought her to our clinic to have her euthanized. We scanned her for a microchip and she had one! We contacted the original owner and they had thought she was dead since she had been missing for over a year. They did not want her back since they had replaced her; even though it meant euthanizing her. Our doctor doesn't want to send her to heaven, so we are trying to find her a home. She is very very very sweet! She sits and offers her paw for a hand shake. She doesn't mess in her kennel and hasn't bit or growled at any other animal in the clinic.
