Okay, and yes it is important to try to sign up on the TM&T forum as it's a whole lot easier to keep track of everyone in a centralized place. Additionally, we use the email function on that forum to send the directions and other information prior to the shoot to those interested in attending. It sort of automates the process and saves some time (bringing together this many people, especially models and talent, can be very time consuming!).
We have a decent location selected in San Antonio. There are bathrooms and concessions for drinks and snacks there. Ample parking and some shaded areas in case it rains or is too sunny. We have one model who asked if she can bring an actual horse to the shoot - I'm checking on the location management now to see if that is possible... that would make for some great western shots!
