Ok, this is a must.

The grand re-opening of the Museum, and a day in lovely Fredricksburg and maybe Luckenbach, Texas?

I was there years ago but it would be interesting to see the changes they've made.

Didn't realize Gen Hagee was a local (Fredericksburg) hometown boy.

Looks like a good place to go in Feb; haven't been there is several years!

Anyone that is a Admiral Nimitz or Pacific WWII fan.... this is a MUST SEE!

Semper Fi to Gen. Hagee

Murph -- we had hoped to go to Fredericksburg this weekend for this, but my mother in-law ended up in the hospital so we need to stick close to home. Enjoy the museum and the hotel and post up some pics!

Best regards,

Went today, it was nice, but the older part of the museum was still closed.

Murph, when do they expect to open the rest of the museum? Did you get to shoot some photos?
