Moving to SA - 04-11-2009, 07:58 PM

Hello, San Antonio people.

Well, it appears as if everything is in full swing and I should be moving to San Antonio in the near future. Just got a job at Incarnate Word and we're under contract on a house in the NW Side.

So, with that said, I hope to meet some of you in the future (not that I met too many people in Denton/Dallas/Ft Worth )

As I soon move, any suggestions for places that will process 120 film and/or do a good job with nice quality 35mm film?

Thanks, guys and gals and hope to meet some of you in the future!

there is at least one pro lab still operating in SA. I've driven by it and just located again recently via the internet. If I can remember to track it down for you, I'll pm you the info.

Having spent four of the BEST years of my life just down the road from your new home (@ Trinity), I am officially jealous! I would love to live there again.

Hey Kenneth,
I've used Baldwin and they are great as well as having the best rates in town. Here is a link to their web site.

I want to give a plug for Baldwin Pro Lab as well. I have used there services for years and have been real pleased with their work. Their doing a lot of their work digitally, but I believe they still get some film customers who shoot weddings and such.
Welcome to San Antonio.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I'll be sure to check both places out.

Just got the word that my official start date at UIW will be a week from today, so it'll be an interesting transition!

Thanks again and seriously look forward to meeting everyone.
