Decided that as much as I use this lens, I should post some sample pics with shooting info. I know I look for all the information I can before purchasing a new lens and it helps to see the potential of the lens.

f7.1, ISO 2000, FL 500mm, Exposure 1/1000 sec.

f7.1, ISO 640, FL 500mm, Exposure 1/1000 sec.

f6.3, ISO 450, FL 500mm, Exposure 1/1000 sec.

f6.3, ISO 500, FL 500mm, Exposure 1/1250

f6.3, ISO 800, FL 380, Exposure 1/800 sec.

f8.0, ISO 400, FL 500mm, Exposure 1/2000 sec.

I also have the Bigma and would like some advice? Do you always use a high ISO?

Thank You

Thanks Gordon. My ISO usually depends on the shutter speed I wish to maintain. Most of these I was wanting to freeze the wings if the birds took flight. On the flower, I normally would use a lower ISO but I was out looking for birds and just didn't take the time to make setting changes.
