Yes you do. I haven't posted any shots of mine yet but this lens is an incredible value.

Not sure, but it doesn't seem to be DX crop only, looks like that's a true 122deg FOV on an FX body. I haven't much on this lens at all, was actually surprised by it's existence!

That link is for the 12-24...which IS a full frame lens. And I hear it's actually a good one, with very minimal distortion. I may consider that at a later date.

The "DC" means Digital Camera and it is for DX or cropped sensors. I have one and it is a better lens than a couple of older Sigmas I had but I don't use it much. It is great for picures of an entire room but the problem is light falloff at the edges since the flash is not set up to go to 10mm! It is still a great deal for something this wide.
