Upload question - 08-18-2009, 09:17 PM

I'm trying to upload pics to an album and it keeps telling me upload failed. Do I need to do something special? Stand on my head? Turn in a circle to the left 3 times? Ahh, I didn't try closing my eyes! Maybe that's the trick?!

I was successful on my second try to upload one, but no more after that...I'm not retarded, I promise!

Thanks for the help!

Are you exceeding the max size per image ? Common problem.

The max size is shown on the upload pop up by file type.

Does that make sense ?

Thanks, I'll check. If that is the problem, how do I get around it?

Lower the file size.

Lower the pixel count. I think screen resoulution is only 72 ppi anyway.

I usually set mine at 100.
