Heh, I went to school with a guy who went by "Jef" .. after years, I finally got the truth out of him.. his name was James Edward Fraley.. but HATED the name James.

sorry for the delay but name changes get pushed to the back burner as server maintenance, software upgrades, spam accounts, flare ups, registration problems etc arise as those are more of a priority.
