I've been running a non-profit online radio station for about 7 years now and we used to pay for it out of pocket every month. our bandwidth payment alone used to kill us.

we eventually bit the bullet and picked up a dedicated server and started selling boutique hosting.... now it all pays for itself.

something worth exploring?
