Can't get new avatar to load

It says file upload has failed. I sized it to 200x252 at 41.3kb. What's the problem?

The game was played Monday and the official crowning Tuesday.

But we're still the reining champs for a year until a new one comes around the next season. You have to admit, it was an awfully good game. We definitely gave you a run for your money, and I'm really NOT a football fan! It just seems to be the only thing that gets the goat of you big-headed Texans, lol!
