Abel, is there a way to set your own profile to go to a default. I personally would like any critique anyone has to offer on all of my shots. The default is NC right now and if I'm posting in a hurry I may forget to switch to CC. I know, I'll get used to doing it, but it would be easier to not have to worry about it. I think a lot of members might like this feature. Just a thought.
By the way, great site.

so I noticed someone posted a photo and didn't want critique. I'm wondering if we should say we like it or if they are just posting it to share and we aren't suppose to say anything??? I'm curious...

I appreciate your concern about maintaining civility. The idea that I have to specifically choose to allow or disallow CC on my postings is a little over the top. Personally I never seek comments, but I don't mind hearing what people have to say. I don't fit into the CC/NC binary universe. How about letting people like me live dangerously and have a none of the above option?

I am noticing that no one follows the 3 photo limit? Is this being enforced?

Not from what I have seen. Even four pics isn't a big deal. But I saw one post with something like 50 pictures. It was nuts!

Agreed - nobody seems to pay attention to the 3 picture limit!

I personally don't see an issue with posting more than 3 pictures, as long as you realize that realistically people aren't going to take the time to write in-depth critiques of a whole bunch of images. They can always pick one or two to comment one.

It seems the CC/NC is not always something that people look at. I have seen several with NC that have more critiques than the CC.

If you guys come across threads like that you can simply reply to the original poster informing them of our 3 image limit when asking for CC.

If i come across them ill change them to a NC thread.
