Yes, you are correct on that, but I was not referring to the views. Votes were supposed to determine the winners. If you look closely, the number of votes beneath the entrants does not exactly correlate to the announced winners.

i was watching the contest up til it ended... at one point there was a glitch which removed the "vote count" for an image but left the comments for that photo. the blank comments on the image were actually votes for that image... software glitch messed up the final totals but i went back and manually added it up and thats what gave the final order...

hope that clears it up
