So what is the advantage of TapaTalk over using a phone's browser?

Tapatalk isnt avail yet, abel mentioned it in the "bug thread" that theyre waiting on getting a license if Im not mistaken

vbulletin already provides the functionality to allow tapatalk. I already use tapatalk. I have no need for an "official app" just for this forum. That's ridiculous.

then im sorry... tapatalk has some features that do not serve our site well for what we have planned so we've already invested in a standalone app in order to keep everything "in house"...

As someone who chose to become a paying member of this forum, for the perceived value and gratitude for the forum, I am just expressing an opinion. It's your forum and your decision. Just like I don't want to have to use a different browser for every site I visit, there is no need for a specialized app when tapatalk provides all the functionality I require. Perhaps it would be a nice gift to premium members? Perhaps you'd rather I just shut up and be thankful for what you provide.
