Something like that would be cool to do... great idea. It could be easily done through a shop like Blurb etc. The difficult part would be handling the legalities, getting releases from photographers and compensating them for their images since the books would be sold. Hmm I'll have to give that some thought and see about doing one in the future... Thanks for the idea.
