How do you stop e-mail notifications?

I went in to the options for subscriptions and turned the e-mail notifications off. I'm still getting e-mails every time someone posts in a thread that either I've started or possible just that I've subscribed too and it's really cluttering up my mail box. Do I have to unsuscribe from all the threads for this to stops even though I turned off notifications in the options?

I fixed it for you...

In you USERCP theres an option to LIST SUBSCRIPTIONS, you had 14 currently with some flagged as INSTANT notification, I just selected all, then changed them to NO NOTIFICATION so now you wont get emails on any of them

should be good now, lemme know if you're still getting notifications

John, this is a user by user setting that users can control..

I'll change it for you now but so you know click the USERCP link in the header, then click LIST SUBSCRIPTIONS (page here). Right now yours is set to INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS, I'll change it to NONE and then you wont get any more emails no matter how much you post.
