New Forum Style - 01-05-2005, 12:58 PM

ive decided on this new style for now... i thnk its pretty clean and ive really enjoyed using it on other forums i go to etc...

only thing i dont like so far is the default width of the forum... which means the forum may look a little weird when people post pics in their messages etc...

oh well, this will do for now :)

I wonder what happens if you post a panorama?

Hey Abel,

I must say, it does look a bit different since this morning. I thought it was just me till I saw this! My 17" monitor is set to 1024X768 (for PS purposes) so the layout is coming in centered in the middle with approx 1 1/2" white borders on each side. This is ok, but it looks sort of "washed out" to me! My screen looks faded! The browser colors don't look as crisp and sharp as before. The photo colors on chloew's picture are excellent though! No problem there.

(My monitor, flatscreen trinitron, is hardware profiled via Colorvision Spyder, which admitedly is sure not the best, but better than nothing, but I CAN see all of the different shades of gray, from straight black to straight white, so it couldn't be too far off.)

Great job on the new look of the forums, I had to recheck the header when I visited this morning to make sure I was in the right place

It's cool to see all the changes that have gone on! I have been MIA with the holidays and all, but now I'm back, and I like what I see!! Good job Abel!!

Thanks Jessi. (I think. :D )

Sorry to mess up this page with the panoroma, but I figure it's good to test any new software and see how it will behave in some extreme situations.
