photofriday.com has a similar them based deal and its fairly abstract... i think its great to leave it abstract so that people can interpet the subject as they see fit. gives them great flexibility to work with other than one specific subject like an object for example

Along this line I've thought for a while about Stars as a theme for a series of pictures, befitting of Texas. It's amazing how many stars you will find all around you if you just start looking.
