Print Size? - 04-29-2005, 05:20 PM

Does anyone know how to increase the size of the print on sites like TPF? I recently bought a new monitor and started using a higher resolution; now, the print on this site is teeny tiny. I'm an old man; help me
Thanks.

BTW: I use Internet Explorer and have already increased the text size to "largest," but that adjustment doesn't seem to affect sites like this one.

EDIT Update: As a not-too-bad solution, I'm using Firefox for just the TPF "business;" I keep it open at the TPF site along with Internet Explorer.

Firefox then is essentially a "dedicated" browser for Forum work. It's very easy to adjust the appearance of this so-called "alternative" browser. Plus, it keeps me signed in to TPF which IE cannot do :D

If you have a scroll mouse, you can hold down the "ctrl" key while scrolling to increase the size. There might be another way to do the same thing if you don't have a scroll mouse, but I don't know what it is.

If you can't get to work in IE, you may have to go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Accessibility and then check "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages." Then you can CTRL and scrool to cycle font sizes.
