What if I have a HDR pano with like 20 different pictures?
Would that go in the Digital Manipulation category or landscape? Does is still have to be only 800pix wide? Because that would be like 800x20, it just wouldn't look right.
What if I started shooting this 20 shot HDR pano at 11:56pm on Dec 31st of 05' and finished on 12:08am of 06'? Does it still count as a 2006 photo even though I started in 2005?

Hey, it was 2006 in Europe when you started taking the pictures!

How is my photo supposed to have any EXIF info if I shoot film, print on silver gelatin, and scan my photo? Is a good ol' silver print not worthy of this contest?

What I am considering in doing is creating a '07r calendar... One in which that will be made up of all of the winners from individual categories in our 2006 Photo Of The Year Contest. we have 11 categories and that would work out perfect for a monthly category with the 12th month being something random.

i am trying to get the releases written up so that i can have the winners that do want to particiapte to sign off on so they can be featured in the calendar.

the calendar should be available say around the beginning of Feb and will run from say March '07 thru Feb '08

Abel,

I think it's only right that the 12th image be one of yours.

For the calendar, and because he's the "12th man"?

thanks guys...

i may opt to do that but i would not be able to use any of my sports or concert photos strictly because of all of the legalities.

in fact, im still trying to see if id be able to print up photos say from the people or sports section that may include people and high school athletes etc...
