Thanks Nick,

Properties show 4.46 kb. How do you change that number. I'm looking under resize in my software.

Not sure what software your using but - - - - Go under file and "save for the web" if it's an Adobe product. Adjust the image size to ~700 on the long side and adjust the quality to get it under 157k.

Hope this helps a little.

Thanks again Nick...I've been out of Photography about 30 years and just now trying to get back in. All this new digital and software is messing with my old mind. I am using Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo XI and it does not have the option you say to use under file.

Its more than just size - its content on digi jpg file size.
You might first size on a side thev play with resolution till you get it to fit.
Play with it - good experience getting used to the digi world.
