I personally won't be at the Dallas shoot, but have had some of our people in Dallas scout out the site and they assure me it's good. It's outdoor, natural light. Probably no electricity to count on. We generally shoot using fill flash and/or reflectors and screens. If all you bring is a camera, you'll be okay too.
The releases allow for you as the photographer to use the images for self-promotion; your portfolio, your website, etc. You, of course, own copyright. You may not sell the images unless a separate deal is made between you and the model for terms of compensation, share of sale, or whatever.
The models are granted permission to use the images for self-promotion use only. They may use them in their portfolio or for an online portfolio site to display themselves as a model (or actor, whichever is the case). They may not market or sell the images and may not incorporate them into a pay-per website of their own. They may not make prints to sell, posters, or anything like that. SELF-PROMOTION ONLY. This protects the photographer's rights. If they come across a deal to sell, well by all means they can contact the photographer and you all can work out whatever deal makes you happy.
One other clause is that photos from the shoots may not be used or displayed in conjuction with any sites that include adult or "nude" material. This is done for protection of the models, as well as the photographers. I know that when I shoot a model, even though what I shoot is always clean and G-Rated, I certainly don't want to find my shots one day on some site that has nasty stuff on it. So, we don't allow for that.
It's pretty comprehensive and protective of all parties.
