I have been very patient...for over a year now and from searches on the subject, it has been a couple years for many others.

Two months ago today you said it would be about two months.

I went ahead and signed up for another year a few days later expecting them to be in within two months. What's the latest update? This is an incredibly important feature with my business.

Software is a weird business. That is why anyone and everyone who works in a software company is hesitant to give out any dates. It sounded like you wanted me to give my best guess when it would be out and I did so.

We are testing coupons right now and we are urgently trying to get them live but we don't want to push them live half baked.

Ken, I wouldn't recommend holding your breath. I started holding mine over a year ago, and finally exhaled this summer when it was clear they weren't close. I switched to exposure manager for football pics, and while it's a pain learning a new interface, the increase in sales in photo credits (vouchers) alone made it worth the switch. When you add in the fact that they make less commission than smugmug off of your sales, it makes it an easy decision (for the time being).

If the SM option beats what EM offers, I'll come back. But in the past they've seemed to put a priority on developing sexy user interfaces vs real world sales tools. Hopefully that will change.

BTW, as far as dates go, software companies have been providing product roadmaps to their paying clients for as long as I can remember.

I will be switching in November if something isn't available. I was going to say the same thing on the software dates remark. I happen to be in technology myself and if a software developer couldn't give me a date, they would not be my vendor for long. Oddly enough that just happened!
