That blessed day is here, we finally released the ability for Pros to pass out coupons or sales credits to their customers!!

All the details are here in this Help page, but I am happy to try and answer questions as well: help - Pros: How to create coupons

Will the at-cost sales via coupons be trackable, or is there any chance of getting penny-over coupons (or cost-plus-x and/or x%) so that such sales will be trackable?

At cost sales are all trackable whether you have pro pricing set or not!!! It was released at the same time.

NOTE: the email, address of the customer are given to you only if you set pro pricing (works with "At Cost" coupons as well) otherwise if you just use default pricing you will just receive the name of the customer, but they are tracked.

Gallery specific coupons are not yet and I don't have a timeframe unfortunately.

Finally! Thank you.
One thing I would like to see, is the possibility to create a coupon targeted only to prints OR merchandise items OR downloads since the pricing structure is totally different between those three.

Another nice thing, besides the coupons, would be a professionally made CD/DVD with all images we could sell right from the gallery.

Is SM still working on packages / package pricing?

Good suggestions, both are on our radar, but not currently being worked on.

I just sent out some coupons in an email and set some packages, LOVE IT!

Just one question, it would be cool if there would be a coupon link or an automated email we could send out to our clients..... is there something like that or in the works?
